·         Manage data analytics and campaign analysis by ensuring the database is segmented effectively for the data-driven Loyalty Programs.

·         Plan and analysis customer behavior to understand customers and grow the business.

·         Oversee direct communications with customers through the CRM.

·         Coordinate with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.

·         Ensures that customer service representatives follow all company policies and procedures when dealing with customers.

·         Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

·         Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers.

·         Lead and implement directions and strategies to manage CRM activities to ensure effective business operations aligning with organization’s goals and objectives.

·         Plan and Manage budget.



·         A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.

·         At Least 6 years of experience in CRM

·         Good knowledge in database management and Familiar with CRM system

·         Good attitude, good analytical and strong communication skills

·         Good command in English

·         Computer literacy in MS office
