Responsibilities:

·         Control Paid & Owned channel on each brand (.com) 

·         Ensure the smooth and accurate communication on promotions & content on each media channels 

·         Design the communication all Internal & External channel. 

·         Supervise Paid digital ads planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, testing, analysis, forecasting and reporting for specific product group 

·         Experience partnering with internal teams to optimize varied marketing platforms and operations, specific to product group. 

·         Mastery of leading ad industry tools & technologies (e.g. Google analytic, Tag Management, Affiliate platforms etc.) and ability to partner internally to drive expert outcomes 

·         Oversee campaign management and large monthly spend budgets while hitting pre-determined targets in CPA, ROI, ROAS, Ads optimization 

·         Familiarity with digital ads algorithmic models and marketing analytics 

·         Ability to understand customer buying behaviors, segmentation and profiling 

·         Responsible for overall management and growth of the affiliate program including managing our partners and agency relationships 

·         Identify new sources of customer acquisition and profit via new partners, new strategies and emerging channels 

·         Lead fleet marketing team in part of marketing performance, media performance to drive growth 

·         Explore new opportunity/New media Network to maximize performance marketing 

·         Coach team members for performance marketing, bidding, and planning 

·         Develop online growth strategy plan in Yearly/Quarterly & monthly 

·         Develop effective media buying plan to deliver business target 

·         Negotiating and executing media plans and support creative materials 

·         QA media before launching new campaign 

·         Monitoring digital campaigns ensuring all learnings are being optimized and getting target’s return for each marketing’s objectives 

·         Tracking and Monitoring competitors on all digital channels

 

Qualifications:

·         5+ years of experience on ecommerce campaign management from digital media agency or in-house unit in e-commerce & performance marketing to drive user 

          acquisition/retention/area expansion, and consulting management

·         Experience working with Google Analytics and Facebook Insights/ onsite analytics platforms

·         In-depth understanding of online marketing and e-commerce platforms In-depth knowledge of data segmentation and mining

·         Strong understanding of and experience in digital marketing Solid experience utilizing Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and other online tools for monitoring digital asset 

          performance 

·         Strong understanding of website analytics, search engine optimization, and current best practices in UX design preferred 

·         Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns preferred 

·         Strong sense of Marketing analytics and how to derive actionable insights from complex data sources 

·         Ability to partner with Marketing Services, as well as management from brand-centric departments, such as, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM  

·         Detail-oriented, while keeping an eye on the bigger picture   

·         Must have paid search and display channel expertise and other digital channel skill-sets is a plus 

·         Ecommerce, direct response, ROI-focused campaign management (ROAS)

·         Strong leadership capabilities, able to manage and catalyze the growth of digital talents 

·         Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively organize and communicate across functional and technical lines
