International Public Company Limited (ICC), and TPCX Co., Ltd., to establish a joint venture named TSI Retail Co., Ltd.

The joint venture aims to expand retail business in Thailand, focusing on the value-for-money segment. The strategy centers on selecting quality brands with strong long-term growth potential, expanding stores in strategic locations nationwide, and continuously building brand awareness. The goal is to meet growing consumer demand for good quality products at reasonable and accessible prices.

This collaboration combines TAN’s expertise in brand management and retail strategy with Saha Group’s strong supply chain and nationwide distribution network. Together, they aim to build a solid retail platform across the entire value chain and unlock new growth opportunities in a systematic way.

The first step will be the launch of a high-quality Japanese lifestyle brand in Q3–Q4 2026, targeting modern consumers who seek the right balance between quality, functionality, and affordability.
