Job Description:
The Learning & Development (L&D) Team Leader is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing retail training programs that align with business needs in the lifestyle and beauty sector. The role focuses on developing Style Advisors' product knowledge, customer service, and selling skills, as well as managing internal training documentation and uniform allocation to ensure a consistent and premium brand experience across all retail locations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs tailored to the retail business, specifically in the lifestyle and beauty industry.
- Develop training materials, and workshop activities that support continuous learning and development.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to enhance Style Advisors’ product knowledge, service mindset, and sales techniques.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, and feedback mechanisms to ensure learning transfer and performance improvement.
- Coordinate and maintain training records, and prepare documentation for submission to the Department of Skill Development.
- Work closely with the Retail Operations, Marketing, and HR teams to align training strategies with business goals.
- Manage uniform inventory and distribution for Style Advisors to ensure adequate supply while controlling costs within the allocated budget.
- Support other L&D or company-wide engagement initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the retail or lifestyle & beauty industry.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with LMS or e-learning tools is a plus.

Job Overview
The MIS Manager is responsible for the oversight and development of the company's complete IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This role is crucial for analyzing data to support key business decisions.
You will lead the IT team in managing various projects, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to all users, guaranteeing that our technology fully supports the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
MIS Strategy & Data Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive MIS strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the integration of data from POS, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and supply chain systems.
- Define and enforce data governance standards to ensure data integrity and consistency across stores and channels.
System & Infrastructure Management:
- Plan, design, and manage the entire corporate network, server, and database infrastructure to ensure high stability and availability.
- Oversee and enhance core retail business systems, including POS, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and ERP, to optimize performance.
- Manage data backup procedures and develop a Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure business continuity.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Manage databases for sales, customer, and inventory data.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making (e.g., sales analysis, customer behavior, promotional effectiveness).
Project Management:
- Lead IT projects from requirement gathering and planning to budget control and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement, negotiation, and implementation of new hardware and software.
IT Security:
- Establish and enforce IT security policies and measures to protect company data and systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
Team & Support Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the skills of the MIS team members.
- Supervise the IT Support/Helpdesk service to provide effective technical assistance to employees at the head office and retail branches.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in MIS or a related IT field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a management or team leadership role.
- Crucially, direct experience in the retail, FMCG, or a multi-branch business environment is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in managing Windows Server, Networks (LAN/WAN), and Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of database management (SQL Server).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle) and retail POS systems.
- Proficiency in using Business Intelligence (BI) tools to create reports and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of IT security principles and data protection regulations.

- Manage relationships with fashion editors, media, stylists, celebrities, and KOLs/influencers
- Coordinate media outreach, pitching, and coverage opportunities across print, online, and social platforms
- Prepare PR materials including press releases, media alerts, talking points, and campaign messaging
- Organize press previews, launch events, store openings, pop-ups, and fashion week activities
- Handle press sample management, product loans, and seeding coordination
- Monitor media coverage, influencer performance, and monthly PR reports including reach, impressions, and PR value
- Coordinate closely with global/regional HQ and internal departments including marketing, merchandising, retail, and creative teams
- Support paid media collaborations and negotiate influencer partnerships when required
- Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s tone, identity, and visual direction
Qualifications:
