Job Description:
This role will be a key member of Management Information System team and be responsible for the technical aspect to bridge the gap and streamline the operational processes with new initiatives resulting in better controls, process efficiencies, and time-saving. The individual will focus on minimizing manual touchpoints, and replace them with robust automated processes using various tools e.g. Python, VBA, Script, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Work with users and other stakeholders to gather the business requirements and issue within the current business processes.
- Perform gap analysis and come up with the potential solutions.
- Develop scripts/tools/workflows to fulfill user’s requirements using Python, VBA, etc.
- Work with MIS and Finance of SAP tools and functions for accounting, reporting and FP&A.
- Work with BI and data teams to extract data and data integration to SAP.
- Assist users on technical related matters and collaborate with the MIS department and external partners.
- Assist users on functional and data requirements to enhance data model and reports.
- Assist users to generate ad-hoc data queries and reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and new initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related disciplines.
- At least 8 years of experience in the IT, Data, or Finance areas.
- Hand-on experienced in Python, VBA, or any other automation tools e.g. RPA, Selenium.
- Expert in MS Excel and Power Query.
- Proficiency with SQL and data modeling.
- Experienced in Google Workspace or G-suite is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people.
- Positive attitude, energetic, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple critical priorities and deadlines.

Job Description:
The Learning & Development (L&D) Team Leader is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing retail training programs that align with business needs in the lifestyle and beauty sector. The role focuses on developing Style Advisors' product knowledge, customer service, and selling skills, as well as managing internal training documentation and uniform allocation to ensure a consistent and premium brand experience across all retail locations.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs tailored to the retail business, specifically in the lifestyle and beauty industry.
- Develop training materials, and workshop activities that support continuous learning and development.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to enhance Style Advisors’ product knowledge, service mindset, and sales techniques.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, and feedback mechanisms to ensure learning transfer and performance improvement.
- Coordinate and maintain training records, and prepare documentation for submission to the Department of Skill Development.
- Work closely with the Retail Operations, Marketing, and HR teams to align training strategies with business goals.
- Manage uniform inventory and distribution for Style Advisors to ensure adequate supply while controlling costs within the allocated budget.
- Support other L&D or company-wide engagement initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

Candidate will work cross-functionally with sales operations, marketing, data analytics, and digital to drive customer acquisition, retention, and personalization strategies.

- Lead CRM Strategy: Develop and implement a data-driven CRM strategy to enhance customer segmentation, engagement, and personalization.
- Cross-Brand Integration: Ensure the successful adoption of centralized CRM solutions across multiple brands.
- Collaboration with CRM Agency: Work closely with external CRM partners to optimize customer engagement initiatives.
