Tanachira Group, led by Ms. Natkamonruk Waijawudhikamolkorn, together with the team, organized a “Shared Knowledge” session to exchange insights with the Pandora Production team. The session was joined by Monticha Sangvoranit and senior executives from Pandora Production at Tanachira Group’s headquarters.

The initiative aimed to enhance people capabilities through cross-functional and cross-organizational learning. In this exchange, Tanachira shared retail business perspectives, delivering customer insights and in-store experiences to support more customer-centric product development.

A key highlight, “1 Day in Store Immersion,” provided leaders from the Crafting & Supply function with hands-on learning from real store environments. The session encouraged two-way communication and knowledge exchange. Sutharos Jukpuang and Pattharaporn Saengthong shared customer feedback, while Athiti Rukcheewong and Panida Sirisumran provided perspectives on customer touchpoints. The session was warmly hosted by Siriporn Jirathinan.
