The meeting resolved to approve a dividend payment for the fiscal year 2025 operating results at a rate of THB 0.27 per share, totaling THB 80 million.

The record date for shareholders entitled to receive the 2025 dividend has been set for May 7, 2026, with the dividend payment scheduled for May 26, 2026.
