TAN Updates Business Direction at Opportunity Day Q2/2025

TANACHIRA Retail Corporation Public Company Limited (“TAN”) participated in Opportunity Day Q2/2025, where Mr.Tanapong Chirapanidchakul Chief Executive Officer, and Ms.Siwaporn Leechanavanichpun Vice President of Finance & Accounting, presented the company’s performance overview for the first half of 2025 (January – June).
Key Highlights:
- Total net revenue: THB 902.4 million, growing 6% YoY
- Net profit: THB 27.8 million, declining from last year due to higher overseas expenses from new business expansion
- Q2/2025 revenue grew 8%, driven by a 143% growth from international business
- Expansion of HARNN in China to over 370 points of sale across 10 provinces, including the Hangzhou Flagship Store, with strong online sales via Tmall, Xiao Hong Shu, Douyin, and JD.com
Revenue Breakdown by Business Segment (H1/2025):
- Lifestyle 50%: PANDORA restructuring / Cath Kidston slightly down
- Fashion 25%: MARIMEKKO and GANNI showing strong growth, strengthened by United Arrows and MM6
- Beauty & Wellness 17%: Revenue up 7%, mainly from international markets, especially HARNN
- Food & Beverage 7.4%: Expansion of Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen & Bar at ICONSIAM
Second Half 2025 Strategies:
- Strategic Investment: Focus only on planned projects to ensure performance discipline
- Cost Optimization: Tight cost control across all departments / closure of non-performing stores
- Digital Transformation: Launching TANACHIRA CLUB on LINE to integrate customer data, enabling Real-Time Marketing and Business Intelligence to drive sustainable sales and long-term profitability
